Re-sealable Memory Insoles
(SM-1R)
Heat re-moldable, re-sealable sandwiched structure:
This semi-rigid orthotic is constructed with multiple layers to provide proper support and cushioning to the foot. We call it sandwiched structure because it can be opened and resealed by two major structural components. These two major components are connected at the heel area and can be opened up to ¾ length of the orthotic (as shown in picture). To provide an optimum fit for personal needs, a variety of optional inserts are included to be placed and firmly sealed inside the sandwiched structure in order to form a custom fit orthotic. You may re-adjust the positions of insert(s) by simply lifting up the velcro and re-sealing it after an adjustment.
This orthotic has a variety of benefits:
Upper Component:
1. Re-Moldable: This main layer is the unique 
& TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) shape memory composition, which provides the shock absorbing ability, and features a low heat (around 65°C or 150°F) repetitive molding capability. It can be remolded several times without losing its original functions.
2. Comfort and non-slip: Attached above the main layer is the aerated microfiber layer, which wicks moisture away and keeps your feet dry and comfortable.
3. A thin flannel layer attached below the main layer, which is used in the Velcro re-sealable design.
Lower Component:
1. Re-sealable: The patented fine Velcro layer attached on top of the EVA base allows you to easily open and re-seal the sandwich structure and adjust the inserts at any time you wish. (Please see the pictures shown below for some applications).
2. The base layer, which is composed of high density EVA foam, provides excellent structure support and stability for the foot.
Adjustable Inserts for Optimizing Individual Comfort:
Each package contains a set of inserts: (please see sizing chart) Arch pads, Metatarsal pads, and Hallux Valgus pads. These pads can be used according to your individual adjustments. Thus the custom orthotics are really made by yourself and help you to maximize the comfort and support of your feet.
S-DUPLI® FEATURES
- is an exclusive high tech shape memory material. It has superior heat molding function around 65˚C (150˚F).
- After heating to around 65˚C (150˚F), S-DUPLI® becomes soft and ready for molding.
- While cooling, holds all directions of pressure and remembers the contoured shape.
- The newly formed shape will be permanent (shape will not disappear).
- If you reheat it without any pressure on it, all the pressed areas will return to the original insole shape and be ready for molding again.
- Unlike other products, our Memory Insoles will not flatten out after being reheated several times.
- The molding process enables maximum contact with the foot by matching with the contours of the foot.
TPE FEATURES
TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) has a greater capacity for energy absorption and recovery, a greater stretching ratio, and a greater resistance to tear force than that of silicon material. The softness of TPE also provides superior comfort.

Create custom-fit orthotics - Simple, Fast, & Clean
This product is simple to use, costs less, saves time, and does not require any glue or difficult processes. You only need a pair of scissors and a hair dryer to create custom-fit orthotics.
Fabrication process
Trim the forefoot of each insole to fit inside your footwear using scissors
Open the insole and and place the selected inserts inside the insoles (optional)
Close and seal the insoles and put them in your footwear
Use a hair dryer to heat the surface of both insoles until they become soft
Put on your footwear and let the insoles mold to your feet
Do not remove your footwear until the insoles cool down. Your custom made orthotics can be made by yourself in less than an hour.
